Ashanti Faces Her Longtime Stalker In Court AGAIN For A Creepy Cross-Examination!

Ashanti

‘s stalker nightmare continues.

To catch you up, Devar Hurd has been stalking the vocalist and her family since 2003, went to prison for a couple years in 2009 for moving Ashanti’s mom pictures of himself masturbating, and has since continued the gross behavior.

This week, practically 13 times since this all embarked, Hurd inaugurated his third experiment for a felony stalking speciman on Tuesday for transmitting the R& B singer hundreds of sexually explicit tweets and transgressing a restraining order.

As he has in the past, Hurd is once again representing himself in tribunal — which entails he will be cross-examining Ashanti himself.

This doesn’t sound right !!

During his opening statement, Hurd responded:

“You’re not going to see a poke of indication where she spoke stop communicating with me, I don’t want to hear from you, you’re fearing me.”

To which attorney Carolina Holderness disagreed:

“These were fantasies he knew were outraging, shaking and frightening to the family. What he did was to terrify her.”

According to TMZ , Hurd afterward grilled the 35 -year-old beauty by requesting her if she saw the illegal tweet he transported that read 😛 TAGEND

“Eating p* ssy from the back delicacies better from a flight to Russia.”

Ashanti greeted 😛 TAGEND

“I saw the disgusting tweet and was insulted.”

Hurd confidently fired back 😛 TAGEND

“Why didn’t you tell me to stop or obstruct me? … I know how “you think youre” when it comes to our sex life … us f* cking is very emotional on both ends.”

Ashanti silently reacted by crossing her arms and closing her eyes.

OMG !! This is so scary!

But it didn’t terminate there … Hurd apparently likewise slut-shamed the singer for her concert recitals alleging 😛 TAGEND

“You do lap dances for your accomplishments, redress? I don’t have a problem with it, I’m just saying.”

Another example of his terrible tweets includes 😛 TAGEND

“Wrap your thick ass thighs and legs around my shoulders and cervix and palm my top and employ my mouth on your close-fisted p* ssy.”

Wow. If Hurd is convicted, he could get up to four years in prison.

We are devastated that the Rock Wit U songstress is STILL having to was put forward with this after all this time.

But we have to wonder … why didn’t she block him on social media ?? In order to be able to collect evidence?

Only time will tell!

What do U think of all this, Perezcious readers ?? Sound off in the comments!
